All returns must be approved first. Please use our contact form to contact us for a return approval. Review the below return policy terms and limitations.
- Refunds for the product original purchase price only. Refunds will not be given for any other charges including shipping and handling.
- A return request must be sent within 3 business days of delivery.
- All products must still be sealed in original packaging. Any accessory or clothing sealed inside a plastic bag must still be SEALED.
- Must be in new undamaged condition. That includes free of any odors i.e.: cigarette, pet, perfume, etc.
- Returns from cigarette smoker households (indoor smoker in the house) will not be accepted.
- Cigarette smokers beware! We do not accept returns of any products that retain cigarette smell, PERIOD! That includes if the packaging smells of cigarette smoke (If the packaging smells, the product inside will as well.) Just because you as a cigarette smoker can't smell it doesn't mean it doesn't stink, cuz it does. Generally speaking all items returned from a smoker home (cigarette smoking indoors) will retain permanent damaging cigarette smell and will not be accepted.
- All returns are subject to inspection. If a return is not warranted because the product has been opened or damaged, you the purchaser are responsible for return shipping fees of the items back to you.
- Customers who abuse the return policy are subject to refusal of future service.
- Clothing must still be sealed in original packaging.
